Mayflower: They Knew They Were Pilgrims

HISTORIA THEATRE COMPANY presents:

MAYFLOWER: THEY KNEW THEY WERE PILGRIMS
Sunday 21 November at 2.30pm

We are delighted to announce that 'Mayflower: They Knew They Were Pilgrims', written by Kate Glover and directed by Kenneth Michaels, will take place at All Hallows on Sunday 21 November at 2.30pm.

This exciting play will be presented as a script in hand performance by 9 professional actors to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the "Pilgrim Fathers" landing at Provincetown, Massachusetts in November 1620.

The story tells of their sheer determination to overcome huge odds such as harassment over the way they wanted to worship, the arrest of their leaders, bullying by the venture capitalists of the day, sickness and death on board, terrifying storms, personal heartbreak. Plus, they had no idea what they would find when they got there.........
